Hi Mark and Dorothy, I just wanted to let you know how great your bar shampoo is!! I bought a bar of the softness and shine bar shampoo several weeks ago and I will never use any other shampoo. I have very fine hair, so I can't use conditioners or my hair looks flat, but other shampoos left my hair so dry that I couldn't comb through it (it would be all tangled and fly-away). Well I would like to thank you for a great product. Since winter was coming, I bought Elderberry extract with Echinacea and other things in it as well. Dorothy’s heavenly touch is just that. I am a very fair skinned person with extremely dry skin. I have had dry skin for many years. I have tried many products, some very expensive, some natural ( Aveda) and expensive and I would still have dryness around my nose and across my fore head. I tried Dorothy’s heavenly cream last year and I have used it every day, even in the summer and in my opinion, it is fantastic. The dryness is gone, no more flaky skin on my face. Hey Mark.... we've discovered that a gluten free, casein free, and almost everything free diet is really helping my grandson who suffers from autism, and since I'm the guinea pig to try the diet along with him, it is also helping my fibromyalgia. Bet this is no surprise to you! But it was to us! Anyway, I've been reading on my newsgroups about the benefits of MB12 in autism, typically given in shots or nasal sprays. I was thinking of the pure honey as a source of B12 and wondered if you'd suggest that for him. Ok thanks so much…

…So the bee pollen would be a stronger dose of B 12 than the combination in the honey? Yes I believe his autism is due to a number of factors, one of the biggest is a sick gut and serious malabsorption. It’s like his brain is starving. We've removed most of the offending foods like gluten and dairy, as well as fatty meats and most sugars. Its amazing to watch his language returning and his temperament calming. We basically live on raw or whole foods like fruits and veggies, so I think we're pretty much on the Lord's plan for our bodies. Putting
meals together is quite a challenge of course, especially for a 7 year old who has his preferences, but often I find he chooses the right food instinctively and turns away those that hurt his belly. We've also incorporated some digestive enzymes from plant sources to help when he sneaks a cheat faster than we can catch him! hehe. Ok let me know about the pollen and honey if you would. I sure appreciate your assistance.

Thanks for taking the time to explain that I had taken too much bee pollen; and as you know, I'll be taking it again.

Here's how my past experience went.  I had been suffering with allergies and terrible post-nasal drip (for years and years and years and years).  While working with an acupuncturist, a nurse patient told me how this post-nasal accumulation could be potentially serious.

Now the bee pollen part ... I had taken like 2 heaping tablespoons of bee pollen in my granola with goat's milk.  This was specifically the third time I took the pollen.  My constitution is that I never vomit and I never get headaches.  But that morning I couldn't stop the urge to vomit, and what effortlessly spilled out was enormous and disgusting.  Enough details.  However, I remember knowing it was a blessing and gave thanks for it.  The result was the elimination of the post-nasal mucous and amazingly the end of my nightchills.  Blessing confirmed!

PS  My husband finished off that bee pollen with no incidence; we're now ready to give it a second go.
