We hope there are answers here for your Soap ordering problems and questions.

Q: You use PayPal.  What IS PayPal?

PayPal is a way to safely pay for products on this website using your credit card, debit card or checking account.  Current members of Paypal buy from millions of internet vendors using this means of paying.  Owned by web auction company Ebay, PayPal is no stranger to the "land" of ecommerce.

If you are a member of PayPal it will be a breeze ordering through our website.  You'll simply click the "add to cart" buttons when you see them on the items you want to buy, and then all you will need is your PayPal login to finalize the transaction.

If you are NOT a PayPal member, it is still just as easy using your credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), or bank account... all without revealing ANY of this information to us!  Your payment is securely wired to us instantly and without envelopes or stamps!  To find out more, visit PayPal.com

Q: Will your website "shopping Cart" automatically factor in the the right "per bar" pricing for bulk soap purchases?

No, It will not.  But it's not hard at all.  Look beneath on this page to see what soap scents we make and to figure out how many bars you want.  Let's say you wanted 10 Lemon - Poppyseed bars of soap, and 2 bars of Minty Fresh soap.  That would make twelve bars, so you get the better BULK price!  If you've made up your mind, click the link below that is for 12 bars or more.  It will take you to a page that is set up for bulk prices.

Say you only wanted one bar of soap.  The discount would not apply.  It is just as easy to order, however; simply click the link for 1 or 2 bars.  By the way, they don't have to be bars of the same scent... you can mix and match!

1 or 2 bars of Soap are $4.25 ea   [To order 1 or 2 bars total, click here]

3 to 11 bars of Soap are 3 for $12! ($4.00 ea)   [To order 3 to 11 bars total, click here]

12 or more bars are $3.50 ea!  (our best price)   [To order 12 or more bars total, click here]

Q: What is the "Shopping Cart" you keep mentioning?

The Shopping Cart is a feature knitted into this website that "remembers" the items you click on to purchase, and then finally takes care of the transaction for you.  When you want an item you simply click on the buttons you see on all the product pages.  If you want more than one of the same item, you simply type in the desired quantity.  Here's a sample of what our shopping cart looks like:

In this case a customer decided they wanted 12 bars of different soaps while looking at the "scent" chart below (or on another webpage).  They first clicked the button, then typed in how many they wanted in the Quantity column.  (Make sure to press the "Update Cart" button each time you change a quantity... it'll save you from cost surprises as you will always have an accurate running total.

Q: I changed my mind while shopping.  How do I remove items from my order in the shopping cart?

It's very easy;  on the sample shopping cart, you will see a vertical column called "Remove", with empty check blocks under it.  When you click on the check block (or blocks) it will put an "X" in that block.  By doing so, that item will be removed from your order when you click the "Update Cart" button.  Your order total will automatically recalculate, as will the shipping and tax.

Q: How do I change the quantity of any item I ordered?

On the sample shopping cart above, you will see a vertical column called "Quantity", with spaces for numbers under it.  Whatever number you type in the box is how many you'll order of that item.  By doing so, the quantity of that item will readjust when you click the "Update Cart" button.  Your order total will automatically recalculate, as will the shipping and tax.

Q: I don't see sales taxes figured into the shopping cart.  Where are they?

We only charge Sales tax to residents ordering in Pennsylvania.  Our 6% tax is added on later in the order when your shipping info is being asked of you.  Outside of Pennsylvania, if your state requires a Use tax or Sales tax for any transaction through us, it is your responsibility to file or pay those taxes.
