What is the best way to take BarleyMax?

For the first couple days, you may want to start with half the recommended serving (1/2 teaspoon 2-3 times daily). Over the next two weeks work your way toward the regular serving of a teaspoon 2-3 times a day.

 

Remember to take BarleyMax on an empty stomach, which means 20 minutes before a meal or about 2 hours after a meal. BarleyMax powder is best taken under the tongue or mixed in a couple ounces of distilled water or shaken into 8-oz. of carrot juice. To keep it alkaline, do not mix BarleyMax with any fruit juice.

 

Please do not mix the BarleyMax with the psyllium-based fiber product, as doing so will neutralize much of its nutritional value. Allow at least 20 minutes for the body to absorb the BarleyMax before taking a fiber product or food.

 

How should I take my fiber product (Fiber Cleanse)?
Similar to the Barley Max, start with half the serving size (read label to find serving size according to your weight). Work your way toward full serving by the end of 2 weeks.

 

An optimal time to use our fiber supplements (Fiber Cleanse, B/Flax/D, or Freshly Ground Flax Seed) is mid-morning. Ideally we will have our BarleyMax first thing upon rising and a freshly extracted vegetable juice early morning before any fiber is introduced into the digestive system. Wait one hour after taking BarleyMax or freshly extracted vegetable juice before taking a fiber product.

 

If a second serving of fiber is desired to achieve optimal bowel function, it will be most beneficial if taken at least 20 - 30 minutes before lunch. This will help curb the appetite for those desiring to eat a little less at noon as well as allow for ample fluid intake throughout the remainder of the day.

 

Ample liquids are required for optimal utilization of the fiber and to promote the rapid and efficient elimination of toxins through the bowel. Six to eight cups of pure water should be taken daily.

 

Typical Reactions to BarleyMax and FiberCleanse

For the first week or two you may experience some tiredness. Headaches and mild cold symptoms appear on some individuals with extra toxins that need to come out. If the detox symptoms are too uncomfortable, you may want to cut back on the amount you are taking. It is not advised to discontinue completely though. Simply proceed more slowly toward the full serving for your body weight, as directed on the jar. As you continue with the products you will experience increased energy, healing, health and well-being.
